Marlon Dominguez is a passionate educator who strives to establish relationships between students, teachers, and parents to create a dynamic learning environment. He has taught multiple subjects in a variety of grade levels. (Theory of Knowledge, World Religions, Social Studies, Ethics, Technology, Spanish, Pedagogy, and English as a second language).

Mr. Dominguez holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Education. He also completed specializations in Education Mediated by Technology, Teaching English as a Second Language, and earned a professional certificate in Leadership and Management in Education. After working as a Spanish Teacher and Instructional Technology Coordinator in Tianjin, China, he returned to his native Colombia where he is currently the Secondary Principal at La Sierra International School.

Mr. Dominguez believes that caring, flexibility, consistency, and teamwork are essential skills for success.
